Interesting point about how much vertical motion to apply. I think the speed of the run is a major factor, as this is a reasonably slow run the up and down on the body is going to be more than in a walk. If it was a really fast run (say 10 frames) there wouldn&#039;t be as much time for the hips to drop as far and therefore it would be less.</description>

   Thats exactly what another friend of mine suggested.  As soon as I did that it gave a lot more life to the animation.  I&#039;ll post a Quicktime of that later so people can see what that small change can do.</description>
